Challenge:
London Medical Laboratory needed to launch a new range of consumer blood test kits while standing out in a saturated pharmaceutical market.
Solution:
We began with a brand discovery workshop to define positioning, tone and audience. This process informed the development of comprehensive brand guidelines that established a consistent visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints. These guidelines laid the foundation for packaging design that cuts through traditional pharmaceutical noise, blending clinical trust with clear consumer appeal. We also developed POS and in-store assets to bring the brand to life.
To support rollout, we created 3D visualisations for better planning and faster stakeholder approval. Our work helped the marketing team deliver business goals and launch new products while building presence online, in retail and at exhibitions.
