Challenge:
Saint Lucia CIP needed a full rebrand and website redesign to increase global appeal while preserving its personality and core brand values.

Solution:
We travelled to Saint Lucia to run an in-depth brand and UX workshop with board members and operational staff. This on-the-ground collaboration ensured we fully understood their mission, values, and market needs. The insights informed a refreshed brand identity and a comprehensive brand book to guide future communications. We then designed and launched a fully responsive website that clearly communicated the programme’s benefits to a global audience.
